We will do the following to market your property:

  • First, we list your property in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) where hundreds of agents who work with buyers, and thousands of buyers who begin their search online, can see it through the over 50 websites like,, where your property will be advertised
  • We print property flyers
  • We install a proper realtor’s FOR-SALE sign in your front yard
  • And we hold one open house a month upon request

We handle all necessary documentation including escrow and title, from start to finish, and provide disclosure forms required to be given to both the buyer and seller.

With Capital 1 Realty as the only agent, we happily offer our low listing fee commission program.  However, if another agent brings a buyer, and if you accept their offer, there will be an additional fee of 2% to 3% of the sale price for the buyer's agent.

Since most buyers start their search online, the chances are that they will call the listing agent (us), which means if a buyer and seller both go direct through Capital 1 Realty, and we represent both buyer and seller, we will charge the seller a total of $4,900 plus 1% of the sale price.

Our offer is valid in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Ventura, and most of Los Angeles County, on single family residences up to 5Mil. sale price. Please call for properties in other areas or a sale price under 100K or above 5Mil.
